GALA BUFFET DINNER
CHEESE PLATTER
Selection of national and international cheeses with homemade preserves.
IBERIAN CURED MEATS & BRAISED MEATS SELECTION
Roast beef, marinated pork loin (lomo orza), stuffed turkey, truffled pork shoulder,
selection of homemade pâtés,
Iberian chorizo, Iberian salchichón, cured ham (jamón recebo), morcón sausage.
SMOKED & SALTED LOCAL FISH
Tuna, grouper, swordfish, cod, marinated salmon, sushi tasting and bao buns.
CRUDITÉS & MIXED SALADS
Thirty assorted crudités.
Shrimp cocktail, Galician-style octopus, seafood salad, escalivada (roasted vegetables),
selection of leaves and sprouts, tomato and seed tartare.
FRESH SEAFOOD FROM THE BAY
Lobsters boiled in sea water, Norway lobsters, prawns, king prawns,
red shrimp and American crab legs.

Galera bisque with fennel essence.
Salmon ravioli.
Tortellini with ricotta and sautéed mushrooms.

“Secreto” pork Iberico, tarragon beef ribeye, low-temperature braised chicken breast,
rosemary lamb leg, truffled pork tenderloin,
Nordic-style cod au gratin, razor clams and hake with cockles.
SIDE DISHES
Grilled vegetable chanfaina, sautéed mushrooms, spiced potatoes,
sweet potato steak, buttered broccoli and asparagus.
COOKED TO ORDER
Salmon Wellington, wild sea bass, roast suckling pig, and entrecôte steak.
SAUCES
Sweet and sour, teriyaki, pink pepper, confit tomato, American-style and pesto.
DESSERT SELECTION
French pastries, assorted mini desserts, variety of mousses, selection of cakes,
freshly cut fruit and chocolate fountain.

Open bar until 3:00 AM in the Convention Hall,
where we’ll gather starting at 11:40 PM to enjoy the first
milonga of the year!
This Buffet Gala Dinner will be held in the Dining Room, and will be for the EXCLUSIVE use of the Tango group. There will be waiters who will collect the dishes from the table & serve us the drinks, but each one will serve themselves what they most like or feel like, from the exquisite Gala Buffet.
Starting at 11:40 p.m., we will go to the Convention Hall, to eat the traditional lucky grapes with the 12 chimes, toast with cava, and enjoy the First Milonga of the New Year !!!
