We have Paks with Accommodation in this luxurious Hotel, where the entire event will take place.
All Packs include full board, luxury breakfasts, and lunches and dinners in its haute cuisine buffet, including mineral water and good wine. We also include a 60 min tour. for its SPA.

The HAPPY PACK: Includes a luxurious and exquisite Gala Buffet Dinner, in the Dining Room, with exclusive use for the Tango group.
It does not include the milongas, the Milongas Full Pass will be purchased separately, when they come to the event.

When the New Year's Eve Dinner is over, we will go to the Great Convention Hall, to eat the 12 lucky grapes, toast with cava and enjoy the first Milonga of the Year, with OPEN BAR FREE included for this great night.

INFORMATION ABOUT PACKS WITH ACCOMMODATION
The Packs prices are per person in double room. 
In all lunches and dinners, the group includes mineral water and good wine.
For New Year's Eve we have included the Gala Dinner, the Cotillion with grapes and cava, and a free unlimited drinking.
Possibility of changing the date of entrance and exit of the Hotel, also include more days of stay, check availability.
The Hotel on these dates does not allow rooms for individual use.
The Milongas Full Pass is not included in the Packs with Accommodation, it will be paid separately at a cost of 125 euros per person.

 This Buffet Gala Dinner will be held in the Dining Room, and will be for the EXCLUSIVE use of the Tango group. There will be waiters who will collect the dishes from the table & serve us the drinks, but each one will serve themselves what they most like or feel like, from the exquisite Gala Buffet.

Starting at 11:40 p.m., we will go to the Convention Hall, to eat the traditional lucky grapes with the 12 chimes, toast with cava, and enjoy the First Milonga of the New Year !!!


Reservations & Cancellation Policy

To make a reservation it is essential to write and send the registration application, for this you have to go to the Registration section: Inscription.

Once we receive your registration request, within a week we will respond if there are places available. Once your participation is confirmed, we will send you all the details so that you can make your reservation.

Accommodation reservations will be made through the Hotel with a code that we will provide you previously, so that you can benefit from the special prices of the Meeting.


TO CANCEL YOUR ROOM WITH THE HOTEL:

You must communicate it directly to the reservation center.

Cancel the reservation 2 months before arrival, refund 100% of the deposit paid.

Canceling the reservation between 1 and 2 months before arrival, will have a penalty of 50%.

Canceling the reservation between 0 and 1 month before arrival, will have a penalty of 100%.


TO CANCEL YOUR REGISTRATION WITH THE HAPPY TANGO ORGANIZATION:

You must also do it by email, and indicate the reason for cancellation.

Canceling the registration after October 1, will have a penalty of 25 euros per person.

Canceling the registration after November 15, will have a penalty of 50 euros per person.

Canceling the registration 7 days before the meeting will have a penalty of 100 euros per person.
