INFORMATION ABOUT ACCOMMODATION PACKAGES:

- We offer accommodation packages at this luxurious hotel, where the entire event will take place.
- All package prices are per person in a double room. 
- All packages include full board, with luxurious breakfasts and lunches and dinners at the haute cuisine buffet.
- All meals and dinners include mineral water and fine wine for the group.
- They also include a 60-minute session at the fabulous spa.
- It is possible to change the check-in date at the hotel or add extra days to your stay. Please check availability for each type of package.
- The hotel does not allow single occupancy of rooms during this period.
- The Full Pass for Milongas is NOT included in the price of the Accommodation Packages.

There are 2 types of Packages:

1/ New Year's Eve Accommodation PACKAGES: 
On New Year's Eve, a luxurious and exquisite New Year's Eve Gala Buffet Dinner is included, which will be held in the Dining Room for the exclusive use of the Tango group. 
When the New Year's Eve dinner is over, we will move to the Grand Convention Hall to eat the 12 lucky grapes, toast with cava and enjoy the first Milonga of the Year, with an OPEN BAR included for this great night.
Milongas are NOT included; the Full Milonga Pass must be purchased separately.

2/ New Year Only Accommodation PACKAGES, WITHOUT New Year's Eve:
Does NOT include the New Year's Eve Gala Buffet Dinner.

- These packages are only available from 1 to 8 January 2026, inclusive.
- You can choose your check-in date at the hotel or add extra days to your stay, starting from 1 January 2026.

The New Year's Eve Gala Dinner on the 31st is NOT included.
The milongas are NOT included; the Milonga Pass must be purchased separately.

 This Buffet Gala Dinner will be held in the Dining Room, and will be for the EXCLUSIVE use of the Tango group. There will be waiters who will collect the dishes from the table & serve us the drinks, but each one will serve themselves what they most like or feel like, from the exquisite Gala Buffet.

Starting at 11:40 p.m., we will go to the Convention Hall, to eat the traditional lucky grapes with the 12 chimes, toast with cava, and enjoy the First Milonga of the New Year !!!


Reservations & Cancellation Policy

To make a reservation it is essential to write and send the registration application, for this you have to go to the Registration section: Inscription.

Once we receive your registration request, within a week we will respond if there are places available. Once your participation is confirmed, we will send you all the details so that you can make your reservation.

Accommodation reservations will be made through the Hotel with a code that we will provide you previously, so that you can benefit from the special prices of the Meeting.


TO CANCEL YOUR ROOM WITH THE HOTEL:

You must communicate it directly to the reservation center.

Cancel the reservation 2 months before arrival, refund 100% of the deposit paid.

Canceling the reservation between 1 and 2 months before arrival, will have a penalty of 50%.

Canceling the reservation between 0 and 1 month before arrival, will have a penalty of 100%.


TO CANCEL YOUR REGISTRATION WITH THE HAPPY TANGO ORGANIZATION:

You must also do it by email, and indicate the reason for cancellation.

Canceling the registration after October 1, will have a penalty of 25 euros per person.

Canceling the registration after November 15, will have a penalty of 50 euros per person.

Canceling the registration 7 days before the meeting will have a penalty of 100 euros per person.
